Few of the world famous bass fishing holes, or streams are located in Madison, Big Hole River, Gallatin, Yellowstone River, and various areas around Montana.
Steelhead often attract to the grease-line tactics, especially in areas around the Rocky Mountain. Grease-line in steelhead terms is labeled "Paste Floatability".
The tactic requires anglers to rub the paste at the front area of the line, and down the length of the leader. Moreover, the angler pastes the tail, hackle, and the fly.
